We don't put houses on land.
We grow homes out of it.
For fifteen years Cascadia has built bespoke residences across Washington and Oregon — homes that belong to their lot, their light, and the people who live in them.
Every project starts the same way: standing on raw ground, listening to how the sun crosses it, where the firs throw shade, how the mountains sit on the horizon. Only then do we draw a single line. The result is architecture that feels less built and more inevitable.
